Personality: Felix is an honest, hard-working man. He believes he can escape his past by doing good in life. At his childhood, he lived a mostly harmonious life. He had a loving mother and father; an overall healthy lifestyle. His father thought him karate at the age of 12, and became a prodigy with the martial arts. He entered and won many tournaments.  After the war, he had a change of mind a vowed to not fight anymore. He now uses karate as a form of meditation and self-defense.

During the war, he met a young man named Anthony and became blood brothers. He treats him as his rival, but is his very best friend more than anything and enjoys hanging out with him.
After the war and losing both of his parents, he became very isolated from society. His depression lasted for a year until he learned that he had a lost half-sister by the name of Aki. He went to visit her at the orphanage and felt he should adopt her. He named her Kaze, and became very close siblings in a short amount of time. Her hyperactive attitude and optimistic outlook on life is what helped Felix overcome his depression. He admits that hir sister isn't the brightest woman out there. Being a complete clutz, he consistently makes sure she does not get into any trouble. She would often go missing every time she is entrusted to go to school, something that really stresses Felix out. He would also sometimes complain about her wardrobe, as he thinks Kaze can't behave in a skirt. He really cares for her and wishes to raise her the very best that he can.

Apart from his sister, his other interest in life is running his garage. He is fascinated by cars and bikes, and spends most of his time tuning and repairing vehicles that people often drop by. He is under-paid in the profession, so he also takes up construction to pay for food and the bills.
Being blunt and old fashioned, he has no interest in material items. Most of his paycheck goes to his sister. Because of this, he is always seen in old, worn out clothes. Kaze would sometimes buy him some clothing, but he would turn them down.
